Neighbors Helping Neighbors was established in 2007. We operate under an agreement with the Food Bank for Central & Northeast Missouri.

On average NHN serves over 230 Families each month or 640 individuals.  Of these 26% are children under the age of 18.

 

NHN receives food donations from the Food Bank for Central and Northeast Missouri and the USDA. As a not-for-profit we also rely on additional donations of food and money from churches, school and community groups, plus business and individuals to help fill the gap not met through our formal arrangements.
